"Really spacious one bedroom suites, nice Appelles shampoo and shower amenities, clean and comfortable beds, nespresso pod machine and nice cookies to with a cup of tea on a raining day. Aspects of the room was a little dated, e.g. toilet seat was so old it was peeling and lumpy in my room, functional but just dated. The windows in the bathroom had spider webs that looked like its been there a while. Also for those more elderly or less able bodied it is a over the bathtub type shower, great water...

"The room and bathroom was huge. Very clean throughout and the bed was so comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very easy hotel to navigate with several entrances and exits to the rooms. Parking undercover perfect. Restaurant/bar/sports bar available which suits every guest or visitor needs. Yummy food. Easy walk to Dental Boutique for me the 3 days I stayed. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Cleaning staff replace used towels if U leave on bathroom floor and replenish kitchen as...

"If you are a golfer this is the one for you- within metres from the club house with great food and service . Rooms were very clean - a bit outdated but we had a great weekend away"

"Clean property and very helpful staff. Thank you"

"This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island."

"Friendly staff welcome, clean comfy bed and room. Kitchenette basic and a few ants. Great location close to ferry, Sorrento, restaurants and Point Nepean."

"We stayed in 1 bedroom cottage which was lovely and spacious. As we were there in October cottage was quite chilly at night there are heaters and lots of blankets/throws but just should consider adding robes and slippers."

"The property is a little tired, scratches and marks on walls. Outside landscaping very ordinary. "

"Roomy and clean accommodation within walking distance of heaps of amenities. Quiet location, a great stay"

"Convenient location , easy check in and out. Wonderful breakfast prepared by the hosts."

"The majority of the units were booked by a large group who proceeded to have a party until 4 am in the morning. The manager was not easy to get in contact with. They explained they weren’t aware that this was a large group booking as they had all been booked individually online. That’s fair enough. I understand they can’t control the actions of guests. And while I appreciated their apology for a horrendous night of no sleep and obscene behaviour, the manager made no attempt to rectify the...

"Great stay, we loved the property and the area. Spotless villa, had everything we needed for our stay and the host was great. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Clean and comfortable stay with delicious Belgian waffles"

"Location and condition of the room and facilities were excellent! Furnishings, decor and equipment were great. One of the best furnished apartments I have stayed at. Extremely large and spacious overall and will definitely visit again."
