"Well maintained and comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast"

"Great location and very friendly staff. Lovely decor throughout"

"Friendly staff, excellent location with great view of the city from the window"

"Great place close to the trains station and big shopping center."

"Bathroom was a little tired and no outside window in bedroom."

"Nice tea and amenities"

"Well located next to stations so much better for business trips than anything else. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, as are the rooms. Breakfast was good and there is a variety of options available. The one thing I'd do is in larger rooms add a sofa or something as the room feels very empty and therefore less welcoming given the fact that it's large but empty."

"Good location near the stadium, spacious room and quiet hotel."

"Breakfast was good, even though quite limited range."

"Excellent location. Breakfast was sufficient; however, it could be improved to match the grand hotel status."

"Great hotel in a great location"

"Spacious room, nice breakfast, and wonderful proximity to train station."

"Just a great atmosphere with a very friendly staff. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Mouscron."

"Lovely sized family suite. Hotel is modern downstairs but rooms were a little dated. Bed was lovely room was perfect for our family. And great value for money."

"Our first room had some broken plugs and ac but the front desk soon switched us to a new room which was a little bigger. It's a great location hotel with good parking, a great restaurant and makes a great stop on the way south after getting off the ferry or Channel Tunnel. The staff are excellent and the rooms very clean and slick."

"Perfect location, very high quality rooms, staff incredibly helpful in every way possible, very big and diverse breakfast (recommend adding it). We had a fantastic stay!"

"Modern well maintained hotel. Good private underground parking 100 metres from hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great location 3 mins walk from old town sights and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We had a beautifully furnished room with a huge balcony."

"Great hotel. We used as a stopoff on a longer trip but would have happily stayed longer."
