"Other than pool I don’t see any point to go back to this hotel And especially don’t get trapped by the photos in the website . Overall service is not very good. I would recommend to straight away go for the pool service rather than going for hotel stay."
"This property is tired and in need of repair. The website photos are not representative of the space. It is dirty and lacks proper ventilation. Leaving the patio doors open at night is not a safe or secure option as not only do they not have screens, they are accessible easily by other guests on the property. Personal safety is an obvious issue. The temperature in the room was over thirty five degrees in the night without the doors open and one simply could not breathe properly. As we did...
"This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use."

Just one thing: the staff didn't offer the VIP pass initially, which thankfully I knew about. But when I asked, they immediately gave it to me.

The property was phenomenal, indeed one of the nicest and newest in Cirvinia. Super new and always clean. The location is fantastic, 3 mins walk to the ski Lift.
