"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. The price is little bit expensive because there no service and facility...

"The staff at this property was beyond excellent. Had a great room with a huge balcony, when I hurt my knee they provided everything needed. The hotel provides easy access to ski and restaurants. Great new spa too! "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Even though it was cool outside, the room was not cooled down during the night as we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wish there were fans in the room! There were so MANY flies in the breakfast room and buzzing around bread and jam and such. And I’m not exaggerating at all. Wonder how clean everything is. "

"I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. "This hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings. However, the actual hotel building is quite old. Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. However, it is quite expensive so make sure that you are hungry enough to justify the breakfast buffet cost.
