From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. "Sundunes was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—super close to tons of restaurants, beach clubs, and just a quick drive to town. The property was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast every morning was delicious. The rooftop restaurant? Hands down some of the best food I had the whole trip—plus the views were unreal. Totally recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Overall we had a pleasant experience over there. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and our suite was very clean and comfortable. We went on a Naxos tour with the hotel tour guide, Dimitris. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us all historical places in few hours. The location is 2 mins walk from the beach. "

"Grear for families. My kids enjoyed the pool and the atmosphere around. The view to the see from my room and from the pool was incredible although the property is about 1.5 Km from the beach. If you decide to stay here you need to be aware that there is about 1.8 Km walk to the closest town and if you miss the shuttle the next option is a taxi or to walk. Beutiful stay and safe walks to the beach.. "
