"The room I had was definitely NOT the best room at this nice hotel but I needed a budget friendly option. The room opened to the outside and didn’t have AC. I had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that was included. The bed was pretty hard but that’s common in Europe/Italy. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!"

"A nice hotel but compared to other 4* hotels it is below standards when it comes to amenities and facilities. The staff were great and our rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast is really not worth it, very poor."

"A wonderful and friendly staff. The location is close to the train station and most attractions are within an easy 20-minute walk from the hotel. The walk from the train station to the hotel is a bit sketchy as there seems to be large groups that simply loiter in that area. Once you get to the hotel that does clear up. The hotel is under renovation so there are some construction noises, but only during the day. "

"Positively incredible hotel and experience. Staff was very polite and responsive even for us (who did not take the time to learn even a tiny bit of italian before our visit). Mattress, pillows, and linens were all amazingly comfortable. We slept like babies even with a little bit of urban noise at night (though there not much). Location was terrific for walking to all the normal attractions, even attending an opera. Morning in-room breakfast service was a highlight for us. Simple food but...
