"This was a great property. Incredible customer service at every single point of contact. Good location on a secondary street (there was still some street noise but that’s to be expected). The breakfast was fantastic - so many delicious house made items and there was variety from day to day. I wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else for our next visit to Palermo."

"We got a quiet room on the 9th floor with a great view of the ocean. Rooms could use some updating to meet the 4 stars the hotel claims itself to be but it was comfortable for our needs and the bathroom was decent. Their continental breakfast was a highlight and had a variety of pastries, savory buns, some hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, and a good selection of grains, fruits and drinks. The dining room was located on the top floor with a panoramic view of Palermo. There’s a rooftop swimming pool but wasn’t open in March. Location may not be ideal for travelers on foot but there’s free parking for the car inclined. I would definitely stay here again."
