"Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely. Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!"

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Block in Tirana. Amazing experience. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Very nice friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was excellent too. Definitely recommend it to everyone who visits Albania. "
