The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area. The key...

"Stayed here for a night after riding the Bernina Express from Tirano. The room was small and only had one outlet, but we were not planning to spend a lot of time in the room. "It’s nestled away in the beautiful Swiss alps. Walking distance from the train station. Food was great and service superb. The only mild annoyance is after staying four days the charged me 2 Chf for additional pods of coffee. "
