"The hotel is not scenic, as it is located next to the highway and IKEA, but it is very convenient for getting onto the I-95. Our room was clean, well-lit. Everything worked. Check-in was quick and friendly. We asked for wine glasses and corkscrew and those were delivered quickly. Not far from the various New Haven pizzerias so we ordered pizzas to go. They also had a gym that was small but clean and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I have to do a long drive up the East Coast...

"I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. "

"Love this property. Walking distance to MetroNorth, and surrounded by much of what u may need. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed, but in the midst of a pandemic surge what can you do. Perfect fo a weekend getaway if you dont drive."

"Misleading write-up on bedrooms. Fourth bedroom was above the front living room without a door and very far from the bathrooms... It was shabby, shabby chic with a very squeaky bed and the box spring was old with holes and rusty. The couple who were to stay in that room refused and went to a hotel. All closets, drawers etc were totally full so hard to settle in. House was tidy but not clean. My family was disappointed."
