"I had an incredible stay here. Being greeted with Jarrahwood red wine and scenic veiws from the balcony. I loved the clean, spacious rooms, comfy bed and lounge suite. Walking to the restaurants and shopping precinct around Dolphin Quay, was easy and safe. I can't wait to take full advantage of the heated infinty pool, on my next visit. Would love to live here!!!"

"Excellent location and views of the marina. Older building with obvious signs of some maintenance requirements. Felt uncomfortable with the excessive amounts of additional personal and financial details required at check in."

"The property itself was fine. However Expedia photos show a water view which was not the case with the room. Check-in was delayed because the room was not cleaned.(around 30 minutes). Rubbish was placed in paper shopping bags at the end of the corridor near entrance to the room over night (possibly by other guests but not cleared by staff) which was not ideal."

Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
