"Great hotel in vibrant area of Lille. Nice minimalist rooms but modern w access to a beautiful gym/sauna (most georgeous exercise equipment I’ve ever seen) and a huge common area with plenty of room to unwind, hang out and enjoy their buffet breakfast or cinq a sept pairings. This space was def one of the highlights."
"Over pricey and not justified for what it has to offer. Staff is ok but not so helpful, reception staff are ok but breakfast ones just can't care at all, took 25mn for me to have 2 sunny side eggs, no dairy free alternatives for food, quite poor for what you have to pay. Room are ok but depending where you end you can just hear every little of the conversation of your neighbours next door so basically zero privacy. Will not be back as have found much better options just next door."
"A perfect stop to break-up our journey back to the UK. Parking is free and easy and the hotel is dog friendly. Staff entertained my poor French but speak fluent English. Restaurant is good and breakfast worth paying extra for - good choice, not just continental fare. We stayed during very hot August period, but rooms air conditioned and it works well. No complaints."
"Lovely sized family suite. Hotel is modern downstairs but rooms were a little dated. Bed was lovely room was perfect for our family.

"Séjour sans mauvaise surprise. Du bruit à l'extérieur, mais pas dans la chambre, heureusement. Chambre et équipements un peu vieillots par rapport à d'autres Novotel et parking rapidement plein en cette saison. Pas testé le petit déjeuner (20 euros par personne)."
"We had issue on check in as Expedia advised comfort suite had a bath but hotel advised this was incorrect it took time to solve and a lot of discussions. . We stayed at this hotel 7 year ago and we found this time the room was very dated and shabby and in need of a major investment. The hotel is definitely not of a 4 star standard.. The price of the car park was 21€ per day! The price of a glass of wine and 1 beer was 20€! We definitely will not stop here again."
"The property was close to the square as well as on a very lively street filled with wonderful restaurants. The hotel was lovely , the staff was very friendly and helpful . They offer a breakfast buffet every morning ( extra charge ) but delicious ! There is a courtyard and the hotel has a bar with great bartenders . I would highly recommend and would absolutely return !"
