The pool was the perfect temp and Tyler killed it with the pool drinks and bar drinks. They do require you valet your car, but it was only $15! Negatives are that they ran out of towels for one of the days at both the pool and in our room, spider webs on the balcony railings and chairs, found items in our room that were not ours and left from prior stays, and the pool was very underwhelming (no towels, pool bar closed, and not nearly enough chairs)."

"PROS - Spacious rooms, Great Location on downtown mall, Gorgeous Lobby Atrium, Free Parking, Good value for such a lovely setting. Will definitely return. CONS - Housekeeping is late. On 2 occasions, we returned to our room at 3:30 pm which still had not been cleaned. - WIFI works well, but hotel software would not connect me without assessing a daily charge. Front desk accommodated us and waived charges, but its frustrating. - Hotel Software makes ir difficukt to sign up as an OMNI member ( to accrue points and get free wifi). Again, front desk accommodated me, but OMNI software / interface with potential customer/members needs improvement."
