"For the most expensive hotel on my trip it was a little disappointing. The staff are friendly, and it certainly has a nice slick designer feel. The room was small and looked great. Practically though there was no space for unpacking bags or even putting out your wash kit in the bathroom. The radiator and mirror were falling apart.
