"We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)"
"- Food is quite bad, almost no meat.. the meat that is offered - very cheap, low quality, and it is being hidden by oversalting it (particularly beef, and any cold cuts)
- Coffee is bad everywhere except the main bar..
- No sound proofing, you will hear the disco until midnight, and how your neighbors do their business
- Quite old spa, even though the massage service was good

"Essen war wenig abwechslungsreich, aber ok. Frühstück ging nur bis 10:00 Uhr. Das fanden wir im Urlaub zu früh. 11 Uhr wäre besser gewesen. Im
Bad hatten wir kleine Kakerlaken. Die Holzrahmen der Türen sind schon alle ziemlich kaputt. Fürs Kofferwiegen wollten die 1€ haben. Es war lediglich eine Waage, an welche man den Koffer hängt. Auswahl der Cocktails war sehr gering. Gözleme am Strand war nicht überdacht und somit hatte dies an Regentagen nicht auf, obwohl das Wetter doch gut war. Ganz faul...
"I expected a friendlier staff and I did not get that at all. Front desk were all male staff and didn’t speak much English, I was disappointed that I paid so much and the service wasn’t a reflection of the service……the staff need more customer service experience to make customers feel more welcoming. I’d give this hotel a 5/10 the best part of my stay was the sea view"
"لا انصح للمسلمين والعرب السكن فيه لكثرة التعري وسوء تعامل موظفين المنتجع مما اضطرني الذهاب الى منتجع آخر والسبب الرئيس للانتقالي لمنتجع آخر هو العنصرية وعدم تقبل الحجاب الاسلامي من قبل ادارة الفندق. "
