"Great location, quiet room, comfy bed zzzzzz
A few niggles - no hairdryer in the room, the one they supplied couldn’t be used anywhere near a mirror. The night bar wouldn’t allow a non resident friend after 10pm, so it was unsurprisingly empty. Front desk staff were very helpful."
"Absolutely amazing stay we had two 6 year olds and the staff were fab 2 days in legoland and chilled in the gardens at night with fabulous pizza and wine"
"Improved since last time we stayed. So relaxing this time. Only downsidde whoch didnt bother us was lift out of order and other one busy with cleaners and very slow so if you have mobility issues request a ground floor.

"Hotel buona posizione , sul fiume in una zona molto bella . Il parcheggio dell’hotel e’ a 3 minuti a piedi , bisogna prenotarlo prima dal loro sito . Personale freddo e poco propenso ad aiutarti. Camera molto bella , ristrutturata , tutto nuovo , materasso comodo , bagno con doccia grande e nuova . Colazione nella media ( buffet standard , no carta ), vista fiume bellissima. L’hotel e’ composto da più edifici staccati e per andare in reception / colazione devi uscire e d’inverno o con brutto...
"We had 6 rooms reserved for a wedding...i had booked it months ago and was told the rooms would be interconnecting - but on arrival our rooms were split up. Breakfast on weekends is quite late - 8am - we had to leave for the wedding at 8.30am and i was told on the phone that they would accomodate breakfast to the room, but again on arrival i was told they can't do that. Breakfast itself when we did have it on one day was rather poor - the staff put out whipping cream instead of milk, the floor...
"Staff very helpful. Hotel requires renewal as carpets are worn and even the kids said it smelt old.
Breakfast was ok not a great choice compared to other hotels. Only melon for the yoghurt other hotels have more choice blackberries, raspberries etc."
"Recently built hotel in a strategic location close to shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast is good. Room cleanliness is inadequate: under the beds there are waste and items left by previous guests. Staff presence is limited. The lounge is essentially unattended throughout the day"

"Hotel on first impression looks good however further inspection shows it is in need of updating. Many aspects of the room upon arrival, batnroom plus hole and soap dish limescale and dirty, no aircon, kettle had limescale, tpilet roll holder loose. One lift out of action as was the jacuzzi. Manager was rude, told me to stop talking when trying to address concerns
and made excuses when issues raised in writing..
Spa staff nice that we came across. Breakfast okay.
