"Nice overnight stay, close to the airport and clean Good food is available at the bar and restaurant.Seamless check in."

"Bra placering, fin byggnad. Absolut inte fyrstjärnigt. Rummet var inte klart kl tre. Små dubbelsängar ca 160 cm och små rum trots valet av de lux. Ett täcke. Fick ett extra i form av en blytung bäddmadrass. Trasiga detaljer i badrummet. Värmen på rummet fungerade inte. Dålig internetuppkoppling så det var svårt att använda tv. Väldigt enkel frukost. Personalen såg väldigt uttråkad ut och hälsade inte. Vi förväntade oss högre standard med tanke på pris och stjärnor."

"Clean, reasonably quiet for an airport hotel room. Fine for a night. Check-in a bit chaotic. Having filled out the way-too-extensive pre-checkout form, arrived to find all the automated check-in machines down and long lines at desk. Later, ordering dinner in bar, had trouble getting staff’s attention. No one seemed to be in charge. May simply be understaffed for such a busy place."

"Do not recommend this hotel"

"Hotel was sold as a hotel, but upon entry, was discovered to be student accommodation. Location is great right outside hyde park, but needs a description showing its student accommodation. Fire alarm went off a few times during our stay."

"Excellent location. So close to the Elizabeth Line Tube to get to and from Heathrow. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was small but the usual expected size for central London. Very clean bathroom and bedding. I had a safe and decent sized TV with several stations. There was a stain in the carpet which lowered my ratings. Other to that, it was great. It was very quiet and had excellent heating. The bathroom floor was heated, too. I would stay there again."

"Location is excellent with Gloucester Road Underground just minutes away with direct line to London Heathrow Airport. Numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good quality Staff always helpful Good around hotel and would stay here again."

"Very helpful staff. Willing to make sure your needs were taken care of. I have stayed here a few times before and they have always maintained their standard. Easy access to the malls, restaurants, stores, etc."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast place was huge with variable food and quick re-fill. Elevators a bit small in size for such many rooms hotel."

"Nice experience"

"This is a pretty basic hotel. It is clean and the reception staff is very helpful. The cleaning staff seem to be always in the hallways, and sometimes would knock on the door I believe to see if i needed anything but were difficult to hear or understand. They offer a big English breakfast, which is reasonable, but I would have preferred a smaller, "continental" breakfast, where I could have what I want as there is no way I could or would eat all that. I found it annoying ot have to go out to...

"The room was modern and clean and largely quiet. Breakfast was wonderful - they had it all (recommend the porridge!!!)"

"Terrible breakfast. No restaurant . Staff not interested"
