"The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast...

The place was dirty, there were pieces of a broken light bulb in the bathroom, hair in the corners of the rooms, and a ton of COCKROACHES.
