Personnel à l'accueil qui a une veste non entretenue pleine de pelicules et qui devant nous au check out participe à une visio conférence pour un recrutement sans nous prevenir et nous expliquer l'origine du brouhaha. "Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel ….. "

"This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays. "Had a lovely week here in Grand Bo! The apartments are closely located to Floria chair lift, on top of that the spa is a great apres ski activity for the whole family! "

"Onboarding super, the team was great and gave a lot of advise. The location is great as well, as you can join the main ski station and departure with the ski at feet from the hotel. We had a "family" room, here the room was comfortable but a little bit small, staying a full week for vacation would may be a challenge. Strengh are that you have also a restaurant in the hotel means you don't need to go to town if you'd like to rest. Infrastructure is also well with by side options like spa, billard...

"Trevligt boende med vänlig personal och skön känsla. Vi tog halvpension. Rejäl och bra frukost och fantastiska middagar. Hotellet har två restauranger så det blir lite variation. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Tog bara en kvart med bil till liften. En annan fördel var att det fanns längdskidspår 3 min promenad från hotellet. "
