About a week before arrival, I received an email requesting my card details. Once provided, I was sent detailed check-in instructions, including codes for the entrance and my room. These were also shared via WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The hotel is located about 10 minutes on foot from Zurich’s central train station, and it was easy to find. The check-in process went smoothly with no issues. My room was clean, spacious, and looked brand new. It had a minimalist but stylish design, with great lighting, a TV, and plenty of outlets. The bed was comfortable, and both the linens and pillows were of good quality. Amenities included a kettle, coffee machine with tea and coffee, fridge, microwave, plates, and cutlery—everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower, soft white towels, and quality toiletries. Storage was practical, with a wardrobe, full-length mirror, and drawers. The only downside was the noise from nearby bars and clubs at night, although it was quiet during the day. It didn’t bother me, but light sleepers might want earplugs. "Hotel was just across the river from the Old Town which for us was great since we had a rental car and lots of street parking available. Hotel was great for the 3 of us and the included breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Room was clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and nice. Overall great location for the price without giving up anything by being a short 10 min walk from the action. "

"Nice to have a refrigerator and mini kitchen. Restaurant staff especially Sarah and others at breakfast so sweet. The menu items could use a change or different items, like a pancake day but always plenty and delicious. The grocery stores and pharmacy across the street at the Enge Train Station so convenient. Need to bring your own loofah or washcloths, no AC but a fan provided for us and windows and door can be opened for cool air. Uber is super convenient or the trams in front of the hotel can take you all over Zürich. Bus station is behind the Main Train Station with trips everywhere over Europe or just book a day trip by bus or train. There is construction in the courtyard behind the hotel but they keep the noise to a minimum but get out every day and enjoy your stay. "
