We love the location, as it is quiet and surrounded by forest with lots of relaxing walking routes nearby, yet not far from the shopping centre in Zweibrücken (which has fast chargers in case you arrived by EV). "Check in was smooth, the reception and restaurant staff was helpful and service was good. HOWEVER, it was a terrible experience on the day we checked out. Another reception lady was there and presented with poor attitude and being very rude. Sadly that the whole staying experience was ruined by this lady. Hotel had its quirks from Wi-Fi that only worked when standing by the door of our room (didn’t work in the lounge) to light bulbs out and forgotten breakfast items, some attention is needed.
