"Precioso lugar para hospedarse. La habitación es muy cómoda y agradable. Desayuno muy bueno. Cenar en el hotel, fue un poco lento pero vale la pena la espera la comida fue riquísima.
Las personas que trabajan son todas muy agradables. La piscina exterior un oasis en el medio de la ciudad. El spa de lujo, piscina, sauna , masajes. Todo el lugar de maravilla. Daba pena irse."
"The room was spacious and ok. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Swimming pull is nice and not crowded, but the air temperature was high so not pleasent to stay long. The price was a bit high, but we noticed it was for some reason lower on other weekends. The hotel is located close to shopping centres and a bit far from the town."
"The suite I was shown was nothing like the one that I reserved in the Expedia Web site. So the hotel suggested another suite that was more like the one that I saw in the Expedia Web site, However, they called it humorously the Presidential suite and charged me another 143 euros for our three night stay! That suite was nicer but the bed was very uncomfortable and the carpets were stained and dirty. I complained but the Hotel did not offer to do anything about the extra charge. The property is in...
"Hotel is beautifully situated. Great view from our room! Staff are very attentive and helpful. Restaurant à la carte meals were excellent and one evening buffet was fairly good as well. Breakfasts were great.
One wish is that there would have been a 24 hour lobby coffee bar to get early morning coffee (or a machine in the room). Staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating, but only available after 8am when the restaurant opened."
"Just left from an amazing stay as Casa Penhas. An absolute treasure away from the city with majestic views of the mountains. We went on a guided hike, used their heated indoor pool and had a couple massage - all extremely well done and with the utmost customer service.
Food was also delicious and plenty. They served an abundant buffet breakfast, snacks after our hike, and a top-notch dinner.
If you’re looking for rest and relaxation with amazing views, this hotel is for you."

"
Bidet -> only boiling hot water running
Low water pressure in the shower
My room was next to the lift I could hear throughout the night
Air conditioning needs cleaning ...I put it on to make warm room but when it stopped the smell was terrible so I had to open the window and back to where I was to start with
Coffee is just instant
Staff was pleasant
Not a 4* breakfast
This is a 3* hotel"
