"It was our first trip to orange and we were greeted by Ben. He gave us a list of must do's in the area and it kept us busy for our trip .. thank you Ben. The hotel was nice and close to everything we walked to alot of bars and restaurants .. great trip will be back"
"The hotel was in a central location. the coffee shop across the road was excellent for breakfast. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The complimentary fruit and water each day was a nice touch. Thank you, we will definitely be back!"
"Nice and close to the CBD with lovely comfy beds. Only down side was the patrons of the pub connected filled the car park so I was forced to park in an unmarked space.
Overall very happy and glad it is where I booked for my stay next weekend."
"Great number of beds but really tired room, stained carpets and original bathroom in need of an upgrade. Bathmat needed to be binned years ago and shower surround was stained and mouldy. Kitchen mixer tap in the bathroom was interesting."
"There was nothing not to like at The Sampson. Immaculately clean, charming decor and so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. The kitchen was generously stocked with lots of goodies. Eating breakfast in the garden was bliss. The beds were super comfortable with crispy linen and there was a generous supply of fluffy towels. I wish all hosts were like this."
