"We saw a special that was advertised and after making the booking were told that the special was no longer on. For what we eventually paid, it was a rip off.!
The first nights dinner was at the Boma. We asked for steak that was medium rare and received a well done steak after waiting at least 30 minutes for the dancing to finish. The steak was ordered before the dancing but not brought to the table.!
The next nights dinner , we were given an Ala-Carte menu with prices.! We did not know if this...
"We had a recent family stay at the Grand Kruger Lodge in the family chalet. The property is nestled in Marloth Park surrounded by animals roaming around freely. The staff were so welcoming and helpful which made our stay even more memorable. The property is very well maintained and the food included in the half-board option was so delicious. We also booked massages at the spa which we thoroughly enjoyed. We joined the activities offered by the lodge which were well organized and enjoyable. Thank...
"We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable and amazing experience. From the staff, the accommodation, to the above-and-beyond service, we were so delighted, and highly recommend."
"I think everything was amazing in this lodge! The cottage that I was had refrigerator, microwave, airfryer, dishes and everything for you to cook by yourself and make your own food (which I think marvelous!). The bed was absolutely comfortable and the location was perfect! near the crocodile river and among many wild animals around."
"Michael was a top-notch host who greeted me warmly on arrival, made sure I had everything I needed for my comfort, and was a terrific conversationalist. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and even brought me a brown-bag breakfast at 4 am before my morning wildlife tour. The dinner was excellent. And the room was so nice that I didn't even want to leave. I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Full marks all around! "
"I had the best experience of travelling in my whole life! My family and I felt really at home! the hosts, Marcel and Lizete are the most kind and friendly I ever met! they did everything for us to have a great stay and made the impossible turn out possible! We had Tambo airport transfer and Kruger private drive with Marina and Dirk and they were the same! Jan is also excellent safari guide! it was an incredible stay that made us forget the 24h delay of Air France and enjoyed everything. The...
