"The spa is fantastic, large choice of treatments. The hotel staff are very helpful, I had a problem with the TV and it was sorted out straightaway. Rooms are good size with lovely toiletries and refreshments."

There's even a sign up saying "No laptops" in the restaurant area. So Working during the day means sitting in the cafe or room. Shame not to have some quiet areas to work from. "Wonderful hotel, such a beautiful old building. Food was delicious, we ate in the brasserie and had breakfast each morning in the gallery restaurant. The staff were spot on, very helpful and attentive. Lavenham itself is a very picturesque village, you feel you have been transported back to another era. Would definitely stay again. "

Excellent range of breakfast with friendly attentive staff member. Car parking a little thin behind the pub (I was in a classic car), but free parking also available in village square opposite. Super close to Snetterton motor circuit."

"Last minute night away , lovely welcome from owner showed us where we could park ,how to get to our room and chatted to us for bit,lovely man. Was about 7:30 pm when arrived so we popped are bags in room and then went local town for food , later after back we went to swimming pool for hour was absolutely lovely sooo warm and inviting spent over hour in there had to ourselves ,back in room we got into comfy beds and watched tv before sleeping , In morning got up early went to sweet little diy...
