"This is a very small studio apartment which can be rather stuffy in warm weather. The fan in the room wasn’t used as it made an annoying clicking sound. It is in a great area not far from the river, the Town Hall Square and there are lots of eating places."

Minor drawbacks (to Finns) are small saunas and their related facilities."

"Konrad apartments are in the heart of downtown Tartu, nearby restaurants, museums and shopping. We stayed at a one bedroom apartment with a toddler and infant. The apartments arranged a crib at no extra cost. I would recommend Konrad to both solo travelers and families alike. The apartments have a kitchenette, WiFi, cable, washing machine and even laundry detergent is provided. There’s a parking lot 5 minute walk away, only please note that it might be difficult to find a spot there on weekends...
