It was mediocre but I'm putting it as a con because our first waiter gave us German menus (we didn't think anything of this) and got frustrated with us as it took time for us to translate. He got bored checking on us and sent over a second waiter who gave us menus in English. Didn't know they had that, why wasn't it offered when the first gentleman...

"The suite was large and spacious. However, the refridge was not working. Front desk didn't seem concerned. No one repaired or replaced it the next day either. Staff wasn't the least bit concerned."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Cuxhaven. It was very close to a wonderful part of the beach that had a beach bar and nightly entertainment. The employees at the hotel were very pleasant and went the extra mile. Delicious breakfast buffet and three-course dinner menu, and the included coffee and cakes in the afternoon were a nice touch.
