"This hotel was designed, sounds daft, but design was everywhere, stark, monumental, impressive, I liked it. But it lacked a few human touches. Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. We rarely got a pool sunlounger as they pool area was too small for the size of the hotel, which was half empty when we were...

"It’s a practical room , pretty big, with nice sofa and little fridge. The hotel is by the sea and beach, which is best thing for me. The other great thing is all the waitresses and waiters and specially the chefs ( Tony and Luis and a lady waitress I forgot her name) are so friendly and so lovely and helpful! I am here working and competing so being in a quiet, practical and relaxing place is just what I needed."

"30mins from airport. Restaurant staff attentive. Food good. Check in was good. A little rough checking out but restored by gentleman who first attended to me but he stepped away to help two other people when a young lady came up to me offering help but I told her the gentleman was helping me. She said I was rude to her by what I told her. I was alarmed and replied that she should not tell a guest that. I waited for the gentleman and he gave me sparkling wine which I declined but he insisted....

"We all loved this hotel. The biggest surprise was heated pool (main pool and kids slides), food was absolutely amazing, a lot of choice in breakfast and dinner (didn’t had lunch cos we were on half board). Nice bars for drinks and cocktails. We enjoyed to the max….. will definitely go there again. Highly recommended "

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning."

"We visited Mynd for a week just after new year and what a fantastic surprise it's now become from the old sun park living which it used to be. Every part of the building has been renovated with high end fixtures with the rooms being divided into small units. There's no kettle so bring your own. Check in was for your room access key, this could be better. Food was outstanding anyone complaining just get a life. Staff are friendly the hotel is spotlessly clean. Loads of sun beds and they've split...

"Hotel was beautiful and room spacious and comfortable. There are many activities and the pool area is also amazing. Breakfast is delicious and location is super handy within walking distance from the beach and main street with loads of shops and restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful."

"Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. Rooms are all equipped and spacious. If you want that bit more outside space go for a room which a hot tub. You have your own patio with sun loungers and an umbrella. This was our third visit to this hotel, we are planning for our fourth "

"The H10 Lanzarote Princess was a great find for our budget. It was conveniently situated near to shops, play parks and playas blanca and dorada. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception and cleaning teams. The outdoor pools were varied and fun, though the water was very cold even though the weather was lovely and warm when we were there. The indoor pool was warmer but sadly was too deep for younger children and non swimmers. There were a variety of outdoor activities...
