"Be careful with the raccoons. The AM. Front desk employees only help you because they have to. Rooms are clean and the Maid service is excellent! The restaurant personnel is very friendly and professional."
"The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. We stayed in September 2026, and unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on during our stay. The construction started early in the morning, and we weren’t able to walk directly down to the beach from the hotel like I had expected.
I had stayed at the villas next door the previous year, so I assumed it would be a similar experience. I understand that once all the construction is finished, the property is going to be...
"beautiful installations, next to the best beach in the island, but the service of all the staff was the best, they are so friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help all the time, we felt right at home, definitely recommended 1000% - PAULETE is the best, running a great team that make your stay an excellent vacation, ready to came back soon"
"This hotel was amazing. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for the beach and access to go for a walk or find a place to eat. Highly recommend"
"This property is so beautiful! The rooms are well equipped and the pool is nice and relaxing. The location is fantastic, it’s a 5 min walk to the beach, town center and many bars/restaurants. They can book your shuttle from the airport as well, at a great fee. I will definitely be choosing this boutique hotel for all of my future visits to Holbox."
"I had a wonderful time at EL NIDO with my friend. We stayed there for 6 nights and it was really nice. Alberto was very helpful and is always free to answer your questions. I recommend!"
