"My stay would've been great. However, I booked a king sized bed and paid for it through Expedia and was given a room with a double bed. When I called the front desk on arriving at my room to find a double bed I was told that there were no king beds available. They made no offer of compensating me for the price difference. No attempt whatsoever to try to satisfy our complaint. A full-blown bait & switch. Reading the fine it basically says that they can give you whatever room they want and...

"Truly excellent place to stay. Staff were all lovely and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was as good as you could possibly imagine. The setting, the buildings and the property were all as good as anyone could expect. We had a minor issue with our room that we was quickly resolved and a manager followed up with us to discuss it and ensure that everything was satisfactory. Couldn't have been handled more expertly. 11 out of 10!"
