"The hotel is very clean and ideally located, with shops nearby and an adventure centre with cinema and other entertainment facilities just across the road. We booked a family room and it was great, very spacious and clean. I requested a cot for my baby and it was in the room when we got there. The swimming pool and other facilities were wonderful, and we all enjoyed it. The bar/restaurant was great too and they were showing the World Cup final on the big screen which was brilliant for my husband...

"Hotel on first impression looks good however further inspection shows it is in need of updating. Many aspects of the room upon arrival, batnroom plus hole and soap dish limescale and dirty, no aircon, kettle had limescale, tpilet roll holder loose. One lift out of action as was the jacuzzi. Manager was rude, told me to stop talking when trying to address concerns and made excuses when issues raised in writing.. Spa staff nice that we came across. Breakfast okay. "The welcome was very appropriate and kind. The rooms were impeccable, well-appointed, thoughtful amenities, great bathroom, lighting and sun protection was perfect, and more. Breakfast was healthy and balanced. I was very happy with my stay, and all my benchmarks were satisfied. The people always make a stay better or worse, and here I say thanks for the hospitality."
