"Stayed 12th-14th june. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean etc. Only one downfall .... I booked a room and they charged me to park in the carpark 😂 , but when you go outside and look at the signs. It says free from Friday to Sunday. But otherwise excellent. I cannot fault the place. It was modern, clean, lively . Very happy and would stay again"

"We arrived and we're upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and modern. We wanted to use the spa and had to pay £10.00 per hour pp which wasn't expected. Then the steam room wasnt very hot so that was disappointing. This should of been mentioned before we booked. The breakfast was good. Not somewhere I would visit again in a hurry. Very pricey for what it is."

The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). "Excellent hotel with fantastic service throughout our stay. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, but a special mention to Tyler, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was great with a lovely selection to choose from, and the pool and facilities were always clean and well maintained.
