"It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed. When I was there, I couldn't find a place for breakfast the Wednesday morning I left;...

"The staff were wonderful, the Inn is cozy and well maintained. It’s very pet friendly and the meals were excellent. One thing we missed is having coffee/tea available if you’re up before breakfast."

"WOW. We had an amazing stay at Herwood Inn. Adam and Carmen were able to help us with anything we needed. They are just a text away! The location is great for walking downtown Woodstock. When we come back for more hiking and music, we know where we'll be staying. Quiet, thoughtfully planned out, and the "Woodstock" music theme was awesome. "Nice stay here for one night but a little disappointed in the Mountain View from our balcony. Not much to see there. However, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. Can’t really walk anywhere from there but the location was easily accessible to the main areas by car. The staff was attentive and we enjoyed our stay."

"Quite by design and they were telling the truth! If you’re looking for a retreat (especially couples) and you enjoy peace and quiet then this is the place for you. We loved every moment of it from easy check-in via code to the modern design of the king suite and comfort to all the amenities in the common area (snacks, coffee, soft bevs, games) provided. Also just a 5 minute drive to Woodstock this is a haven for r&r. We hope to be back again soon!"

"Struttura molto bella e comoda purtroppo molto complessa la metodologia per poterci entrare non essendoci nessuno presso la struttura.perse un paio d’ore per cercare la chiave nella cassetta esterna su una staccionata coperta da una pianta una volta trovata chiamare per poter farci aprire la porta dell’appartamento e infine un’altra cassetta da aprire per prendere la chiave della porta veramente troppo complesso "
