"We have stayed at the Point many times and were excited to be back again. The staff particularly the restaurant and bar staff are amazing always friendly and there to help. The food at Lambert's is delicious having dined in on one night and breakfast on our each day of our stay, although the limited breakfast menu gets a bit boring the food and coffee is great! The city hopper about 5 minutes walk is a free and scenic way to get to beautiful Brisbane city. We did unfortunately run into a couple...

"The hotel is very good, it is clean and staff is wonderful. However they charge customers for the airport shuttle. The fee is 12 dollars per person, each way, so it is 24 dollars per person round trip, "

"Everything is it good, just expensive. The breakfast (buffet) not to many options to eat. The fruit area was almost empty, as well the hot food. The kitchen don’t make omelettes or options to make eggs. The sweets are so yum. It’s not enough staff in the restaurant most of the tables are untidy. "

"The buffet breakfast was great as was the service. Staff were very attentive & the food was always replenished. The rooms/bathroom could do with an upgrade. Not sure about the blue carpet! Was a little small for 4 people but we slept comfortably. Overall not bad for the price. "
