"the room was lovely , clean and well maintained. However the daily cleaning was lacking. Tea and coffee etc was not refilled. dirty glasses and mugs were not taken nor replaced with clean ones. Garbage wasn’t emptied.
The pool looked nice tho cold. But there was no shade ( no umbrellas etc) and so the pavement was scorching hot. couldn’t walk on it without shoes"
"The property needs serious renovation. My room, including bathroom needed a refresh. The pool and spa were fine and were cleaned while I was there but also need renovation. Only one lift was working and that was scarily noisy. A disappointing stay."
"It was a great stay the hotel staff were lovely. I loved the little touches such as lollies and treats in the lobby each day. The constant availability of coffee was also a great addition and the little breakfast snacks very welcome. My only gripe would be the design of the room. Sitting on our toilet you had a main beam coming from ceiling to floor almost between your legs and the toilet paper roll holder was almost behind you and the shower shelf was in an odd place so you could easily bump...
"I didn’t appreciate the fact the suite was on second floor and I needed to pass through parking. The apartment was very dark and depressing. The lights were very deemed and not bright in the bathroom.
Although the sheets were clean and bed was comfortable, I didn’t like the apartment because it was outdated and the floor was not clean. Overall I didn’t happy with my stay. The was definitely so different that picture when I booked it.
The front desk people were friendly and helpful."
