" visited Sera Lake Resort Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The staff were great, and the service was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had amazing food. We enjoyed also the beautiful sceneries while having breakfast or lunch. We loved the evening with a great scoop of ice cream. Overall the experience was great.
