"Despite Expedia allowing a double booking which prevented us from staying in the room we selected, the staff went above and beyond and provided an outstanding replacement room that we honestly liked better. The food and amenities were excellent. Very glad Nate The Great allowed us to stop at Fairway grocery on the way so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Only downside is the red seaweed/sargam that clogs the bay and beaches. Definitely a must return stay!"

"The property was great, the food and service was excellent. Unfortunately the shuttle service that was offered with my trip that i paid extra for was awful. Our trip was delayed coming in and so no one was there to pick us up, on the way home the shuttle service came 5 hours before our flight departed. Get a cab it’s cheaper and more reliable"

"Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!"

"Pros: Property was clean & well maintained. Pool & beach areas had plenty of seats/umbrellas. In general staff were friendly & helpful. Provided complimentary bottle of bubbly for anniversary. Cons: Asked front desk at check in whether our view from our ocean front room was unobstructed, & she confirmed so. However, a big palm tree obstructed our view. We paid a lot of money for our first ocean front view.. we are extremely disappointed! Housekeeping was poor (e.g. overflowing trash cans, dirty...

"Stayed on the first floor in the studio. Absolutely loved the resort: great and very convenient location, good beach, friendly staff. You can walk to Philipsburg. There’s car rental right on the property. Convenience store has surprisingly good selection of food, alcohol and other stuff, even though quite overpriced. The only thing we didn’t like is that smoking was allowed everywhere which was very disturbing for non-smokers and those with health issues."
