We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. "Wow. this place was definitely something else. The experience really begins at the entrance of the estate (do watch out for potholes). The environment where the estate is just absolutely lovely. The staff were also very kind and professional. I felt very welcome here. Would definitely come by again if I had the chance! I was in a rush so i couldnt get breakfast but I would 100% recommend."

"Staff all very good. I had a problem with the toilet seat and they fixed it during the day while I was out. Food and drinks service good. No noise in my room from the wedding party. Only issue for me was the room window was very small and high up in the wall, so I couldn’t see out, and the sky light had no covering, so being Scotland, I had daylight from 5:30am waking me up. Not the worst problem in the world. Wonderful park like location, and again, all the staff were wonderful."
