"Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options. "

"Very good location. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Very bad WiFi connection."

"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"Excellent"

"Very good hotel for the price, usefull staff and nice food."

"Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. "The lobby staff were fine. The rooms are a bit old but clean, and there are pools everywhere—it's suitable for families. I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine."

"Litt vanskelig å finne plass ved bassenget om en fulgte resortens regler med tanke på plassering av håndkle. Men vanskelig å håndheve."

"Miglena'ya tesekkur ediyoruz, iletisimi harikaydi. Konakladigimiz oda cok temizdi, ihtiyacimiz olan tum malzemeler vardi. Tek sorun plajin cok uzak olmasi. Yuruyerek 5 dk olarak belirtilen mesafe en az yarim saatti ve cok yorucuydu. Plaj guzel ama kalabalikti. Bu arada otopark sorunu olmayan yer aramama ragmen ucretli otoparka yonlendirildik. Otopark ciddi sorun"

"Incredible "

"Only spent 2 days here. Food was ok . Staff not so friendly except 1bar girl who did smile . "

"The bad was in badshape, the wooden bed slapes was broken, thin madrass, my balkony had two chairs that was broken, the balcony railing was cut in half. The housecleaner did not clean up properly, they advertise about a gym, but its a small room with some free weight that was old and in bad shape and dangerous, the food was okey but was little variety. But the staff itself was good and helpful, locations was super. Was not allot for kids to do there, the pool was also good."

"Fantastic hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Lush food. It was my second time and I will be back "

"Meget sentralt. Utmerket renhold, service og mat."

"The property images online during booking this stay are super outdated. When we arrived to the hotel, the overall appearance of everything was very run down. Parking is a hassle with offsite parking where the hotel and the third party parking will both ask you to pay different pricing. The room conditions were poor, you have to pay a deposit for towels, Wi-Fi was terrible, there was no gym as advertised and the food is very average and the alcohol is all watered down and limited 3 per person....
