"My first room didn’t have air-conditioning so I was given a key to a second room, but I couldn’t get the door opened. Staff also had trouble, went away and came back and were able to open the door only to find a man sleeping in that room. They found me a third room and 90 minutes after arrival I was settled. The next morning, while sitting in my room two staff members opened the door and walked in. Clearly, they were surprised to see me. They backed out without even apologizing."

"I liked the location which was near the river which was a lovely walk and it led to the downtown area. It was also in an area which was close to a convenience store. As sure as we are that we have brought everything we need, there is always something forgotten. It's nice if you don't have to go all over to find something to replace what you left. I asked directions and was pleased they offered me a map which they wrote on so I would know my location and where I wanted to go. It was all good...
