"I would give a 5 star review but cannot. They advertise as free airport shuttle. I asked the front desk staff about scheduling the shuttle 2 days in advance. I was told there was only 1 driver that morning and was already booked. I explained they charge a daily $24 resort fee and since an uber to the airport is $26 they should cover it. The gentleman I was speaking with said they would not and walked away. It seemed I was an inconvenience to him. I would give him zero star rating"

"I stayed in a king room with pullout and the sleeper couch was actually not bad at all. There was a nice large TV and Netflix. Remote was easy to operate and pillows were super comfy."

"The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Location is great, front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise gym is spacious and well-designed, looking onto a small patio. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would book it again when returning to downtown Madison."
