"The front of house staff. Everyone tries to go the extra mile for your compfort. The first day there the safe wasnt working but repaired quickly. The tv only got two channels. Last day someone decided 6:20 am is good time to work outside our window. However we loved the shower and the bed as well as room size "

"Had an amazing three night stay! Location was excellent, next to the start of various pedestrian lanes (fountain and castle lanes), 2 minute walk to catch the G2 bus to the Titanic Experience (City Hall Stop) and we were dropped off after our day tour 3 blocks away. Breakfast was very well presented and prepared plus a very wide range of options. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, their extra attention really helped us explore and enjoy Belfast. Enjoyed the music and a drink in the evening in the lounge area. Room was comfortable and well organized. Very clean room and common areas. "
