"Very friendly staff!"

"My toilet would not work and they could not get it fixed. There was also no garbage cans and a used water bottle in my room. They’re also looked to be a blood spot on the ceiling above the bed. For how much the room cost I was very dissatisfied."

"Great staff, clean room, awesome little coffee bar"

"Check-in was OK, room was nice. The shocking experience was to find, in the morning, that a hypodermic needle had fallen onto the floor from the bed covers. Thank God the cap was on and we weren't poked, but this was a frightening discovery. We had a 6:25am flight, so we left the room at 4:30am, in a bit of a hurry, and didn't have the time to look for someone to complain to (check-in desk was deserted). The hotel needs to do a serious self assessment over this one. Unforgivable."

"Very good"

"Absolutely a beautiful hotel! Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We had such a wonderful experience during our one-night stay at MGM Grand Detroit! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is vibrant and luxurious, and the service made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, elegant, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the excellent accommodations to the overall hospitality. It was a fantastic little getaway that made us feel pampered...

"Beautiful and amazing experience!!"

"Great service beautiful rooms!"

"The rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. The staff was awesome. They were all very friendly but especially Marty. He was so kind and beyond helpful. Hope we can go back sometime and would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the breakfast. It was just ok. I would probably go somewhere else to eat next time."

"Very warm welcome, the room was really nice and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. Would certainly return."

"Everything was great. I can’t wait to book again."

"Clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing on-site bars and restaurants."

"Customer service was top notch and the food was amazing. Definitely a great choice"
