"Room and everything was fine, clean, only thing that surprised me was when they charge me 17euro for one night on parking lot, I think that after paying lot of money for room parking should be free
That’s my opinion,thanks"
"Room cleanliness acceptable , but could do with renovation in near future, staff very good, amenities also vey good
Decent choice for breakfast, meals and wine prices on par with other European city breaks (expensive)
Spa we only used one of the pools and the single jacuzzi is big enough for 6 only
Would we return, possibly however be prepared for some walking or get the Budapest Go app and use the very good public transport system , we are both in our 60’s and managed fine"
"After I paid the full hotel costs when I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for an additional 30,000 thousand, and when I left, I did not get the amount."
"The room 415 that they gave me, the bathroom was covered in pee stains. Then they sent the staff to come wipe it down.
It was still filthy everywhere. And I went to the reception to ask for another clean room. I was given room 416, and it was even worse. The bathroom was never cleaned at all.
I told them I’m leaving. I will book elsewhere. They said I can request my refund through Expedia as i booked with them. But obviously Expedia also doesn’t wanna refund me.
I emailed the head office of...
"Described as a spa with robes slippers, deep bath and cooked to order breakfast. Spa closed, no robe, slippers or bath and buffet breakfast . When I asked to speak to management they refused to come but reception said it was advertised at a reduced rate and they sent email stating spa closed. As it was a non refundable payment and email was sent after payment I believe they mis-sold . Please check with hotel before booking to clarify what you are getting. Breakfast did have a good choice of...
"Maison Bistro & Hotel was fabulous. You enter into a charming restaurant and reception area. Out through another door where there is a lovel courtyard. The guest rooms are off the courtyard. The rooms are spacious and well designed.
Breakfast was delicious with cold and hot menu items and buffet.
The staff is very helpful and always willing to go beyond the norm.
This is a 5 star bed and breakfast!!"
Merci"
