"We had a wonderfull stay at the holiday inn Albufeira. The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean, theyre renovating the inside pool and spa/gym. Good breakfast. And all this for a good price! "

"Could not ask for a better location in Portimao. Very central and across the road from the beach. Very extensive breakfast buffet. comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Portimao is about 45 min drive from Faro and 25 min from Lagos, so it's a good central location. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel was gorgeous, beautiful pool area and lovely, large rooms. My complaint is with the hotel restaurant itself. We had been traveling all day and were hungry. We were the second table to arrive at the restaurant. We ordered food and then waited. And waited. And waited. After an hour, we were furious. Our waiter had NEVER come back to our table, never brought food, never checked, etc. We got up to leave and suddenly he ran over to us. We left the restaurant, feeling super angry....

"Overall had a great time at this hotel. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and very comfortable. The only downside is the lack of a kitchen area (there was only a coffee machine, kettle, and mini fridge) as well as the size of the room (they are quite small)."
