"Had a minor issue with the first room and they had no problems moving me to another. Great stay, bed was comfortable, room AC was able to get cold. I am happy with the stay. Thank you!"
"This is easily one of the most idyllic places I have ever stayed. Everything here is wonderful. From arrival to departure, our experience was joyful, serene, and beautiful. The room was a delight, the breakfast delicious, the massage services comfortable, and the staff... The staff were the best. Always helpful, always friendly.

"Property is nice. Handicap accessible. Pool area is nice. One restaurant with limited selection. Breakfast was average. Need more variety. Night staff seems need more training. "
"All staff members were wonderful, amazing and so nice. It’s a shame that the property is so abandoned. We loved the property, just needs to be taken care."
"Overall a good stay at this hotel - rooms were sizable, gym was good enough, and the breakfast was sufficient, with a good enough selection of items. Location itself was good, easy to walk to town with numerous food places close by. Service itself was good as well - only issue was that there were sugar crystals on the pantry top that the service crew did not quite clean. But generally, housekeeping was good and prompt. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're in Chiang Rai."
