"The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful situation after our previous booking fell through. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in 4 cities on our trip. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating as well. Based on that (unplanned) stay we'll be booking other locations in the future. "

They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. "Lovely quiet hotel, very convenient for the A5, with great amenities - properly pet friendly! Stayed one night whilst travelling south with my pet rabbit: the pet-friendly room we were given was ENORMOUS. Lovely and comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. Didn't try the spa because we were exhausted, but a morning trip to the fitness suite proved very productive (the available equipment was excellent).
