"My travel was delayed, stuck on the runway in Chicago, arrived after midnight at the doubletree. The desk agent who appeared to be hanging out with the 5-7 people in the lobby would not honor my reservation because it was for Friday and I was arriving technically on Saturday since it was after midnight.
