"I booked a king size bed. I went to the room and it was uncleaned. I was offered a room with three single beds. Couldn’t enter the room. On the third trip the attendant came with me and reset the lock.

"Beautiful hotel and room – balcony room on the third floor. Small furnished balcony, huge room, comfortable bed, perfect pillows, lovely bathroom. Comfortable, quiet, contemporary, clean. The only thing missing was face cloths – unfortunately rather common in the EU countries.
Excellent staff including the gentleman who checked us in, Barbora on reception the next morning, who was friendly and accommodating, and especially Rosie in the breakfast r"
