" Whilst checking in at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was closing in 2 days and that I would have to find alternative accommodation. I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down."

"The location was in a poor neighborhood, but you can ignore that. The hotel staff, and here I mean only the bar and pool bar, are young and rude. You are often ignored or served poorly.It is a shame that these days, when the temperature reaches 38 degrees, you can say that you have run out of water or that there is no more ice. The drinks served at the bar are of poor quality, but somehow it was reflected in the price paid. Breakfast was repeated endlessly, the same omelette, the same cheese and salami over which the flies buzzed. At lunch and in the evening, the food was ok"
