The property is next to the lake quite side, walking 10 mins to some nice restaurants Shuttle bus was available to Bellagio The property was a bit old n some upgrade are undergoing. "Luxury hotel with great views and access to lake Como. Our room was really spacious with a great view. The shore area offered a great way to reach the water and breakfast was delicious. Service was also very good. Thing that could be improved: beach area seemed to open late and at different times each day (11:15/12:30pm). Also limited food options during the stay - either very fine dining in restaurant at night or pizza (only) at the beach bar. A broader menu for dinner would’ve been welcomed. "

The resort obviously prides itself on their guests enjoying peace and quiet which is a welcome change from most resorts. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was good and the spa is a nice touch. If only one of the two outdoor pools were heated, I would have given a higher rating. "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. "Amazing calm location, nice hotel and facilities. Very nice wellness, pool, Kneip, whirlpool and fango. Excellent to start tour from here or from nearby locations - after a little driving. Wonder, what they needed to move furniture each morning exactly 7:00. WiFi was a little shaky. Although 24 hours reception was stated, in fact it is closed exactly 21:00. Dining outside and then return after closing risking to sleep outside or to be creative - the ring or the phone service is not responding....
